Determining Cost: Size, quantity and percentage of embroidery are the main factors in determining the cost for your patches. Below is the information you need to figure your cost. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you would like us to give you a quote.
Percentage of embroidery: Patches can be 50%, 75% or 100% embroidered. Solid twill fabric can be used in place of stitching for large background colors, this will help reduce the cost and still maintain a high quality patch.
Size: The patch can be any size or shape. To figure size just add the length and the width and divide by 2. Example: 6” + 3” = 9”/2 = 4.5” patch.

**Tape: Add $20% per patch • ***Velcro backing: Add 20% per patch
****Button Loop: Add $0.10 per patch • *****Laser Hot Cut Border: Add $0.10 per patch
* A thin, clear plastic coating is applied to the back of the patch to increase stiffness. Add $ 0.10 per patch.
** A peel and stick backing for temporary applications. Add 20% per patch.
*** A hook and loop backing is attached to the back of the patch. Both sides are supplied.
Opposite side will need to be sewn on. Cut to the shape of the patch. Add 20% per patch.
**** An embroidered loop is added to the top of the patch for hanging. Add $ 0.10 per patch.
***** A laser is used to seal the border of your patch, as opposed to the wrap around stitching
of our standard Merrowed Border. Used mainly for irregular shapes, though it is especially
useful when added to an Iron On Backing, allowing the Iron On material
to travel to the edge of the patch to prevent snags.
