The PinCrafters website is chock-full of lapel pin examples. Therefore, when you take the time to look through our many examples your lapel pin knowledge will grow. Consequently, you will find some designs you are attracted to, or elements you would like to incorporate into your existing logo or design.
2. SUBMIT A QUICK QUOTE FORM
Fill out a quick quote form from our website. Attach your logo, or rough sketch and any text or content you would like to appear on your lapel pin. Our sales staff will respond quickly to your request by email, usually within one business day.

4. ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS
The more questions you ask, the more information we will have to work with in designing your design proof in detail. Therefore ask a lot of questions, we have a lot of answers.
5. PROVIDE OUR SALES STAFF AND DESIGNERS WITH CONTENT
Our sales staff will ask you for your logo, rough sketch, and any information you would like to appear on your lapel pin. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to guide you through the design process, provide you with a quote, and therefore begin work on an initial digital proof of your lapel pin.
6. PLAN EARLY TO ORDER EARLY
We make the custom lapel pins to your exact design specifications. Be sure to begin the ordering and design process as soon as possible. Soft Enamel & Hard Enamel pins ( two of our most popular pin styles ) will take approximately 3 weeks to manufacture and deliver after final approval of your digital pin proof. We also offer rush services on printed pins when you find yourself in a pinch, but the longer you give yourself and your company to start the process the better.
7. GET YOUR CUSTOM QUOTE
Once our sales staff gets your design information and/or logo we will put together a custom quote for you. After that, with your approval, our design staff will begin working on your digital proof.
8. REVIEW YOUR DIGITAL PROOF
Our sales staff will email a digital proof of your lapel pin design for your review. Our design department takes pride in meeting your design needs especially on the very first proof, but you might decide your design needs some modification. Getting feedback from colleagues and team members will be particularly helpful. We suggest requesting all design changes at the same time.
9. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN AND PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you are completely satisfied with your lapel pin digital proof contact our sales staff with your approval to place your order. You can pre-pay by check or credit card.
10. SIT BACK AND RELAX
The manufacturing process will then begin and we will have your order shipped to you in approximately three weeks.
